K Laser has three statutory Supervisors, all of whom are outstanding professionals with a wide breadth of experiences. The law grants to Supervisors the powers of reviewing financial condition of the company, as well as examining accounting books and records, and conducting other audits as authorized by the laws. Supervisors have the right to attend meetings of the Board of Directors and express their opinions.

Supervisors’ Biographies

Wei-Chung Hung, the supervisor, is director of D.S. Paper Co., Ltd. and supervisor of D.C. Paper. He holds a MBA of West Pacific Ocean University.

Sun Tai Lin, the supervisor, is a staff of Library in Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology. She holds a BS in Library and Information Science of  National Taiwan University.

Su-Miau Shean, the supervisor, is GM of IWILL Corporation.  He holds a BS of University of Taxes, El Paso.
